These terms govern the use of the app "Spin." (hereinafter "Spin"), provided by [Legal entity]. By registering, you agree to them. Apple's standard license terms for App Store apps (Apple Standard EULA) additionally apply.
Spin lets you share one music track per day and view your friends' posts. Spin plays 30-second previews and links out to Spotify or Apple Music for the full track. Spin does not control playback in those services and does not provide full tracks.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. One account per person. You must be at least 16 years old.
You are solely responsible for the content you share (captions, comments, username, profile picture). A zero-tolerance policy applies to objectionable content and abusive behavior.

Reporting and blocking: in the app you can report objectionable content and block users. We review reports and act on legitimate reports within 24 hours by removing the content and/or suspending the responsible user. We reserve the right to remove content without prior notice and to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.
You retain the rights to your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to store, display and deliver your content solely to operate and provide Spin, to the users you follow or who follow you.
We may change, limit or discontinue features. A daily song you have already shared, and its date, are immutable after submission; you can edit the caption afterwards.
Spin is provided "as is". Liability exists only to the extent required by mandatory law (in particular for intent and gross negligence, and for damages arising from injury to life, body or health). [To be finalized by a lawyer.]
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend access in case of violations of these terms.
